Emmanuel Roger Motaze, Ph.D., is a Cameroonian diplomat and a researcher in the field of diplomacy. He specializes in classic, economic, and security diplomacy in the public sector. He holds a Doctorate degree from the Geneva School of Diplomacy in Switzerland. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in the study of war and peace and a Master of Arts in diplomacy from Norwich University- The military college of Vermont. He has also obtained a Master of Science in International Relations (classic Diplomacy), from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC). Finally, he has written the book entitled: From Political Dissidence to Extremism: A guide on Countering Terrorism in Africa, The case of the LRA in Uganda.
