
Emma Biuret is a recent graduate holding a dual master’s degree in International Relations (Sciences Po) and Geopolitics – GEOINT (Sorbonne Université).
Her background spans political research and strategic monitoring, and her regional expertise in Latin America and the Caribbean draws on academic research, professional experience, and a period of study in Bogotá, Colombia.
She is also deeply interested in arms control and non-proliferation, and intends to direct her research toward the diversion of dual-use goods and weapons.
