
Salvador Santino Fulo Regilme Jr (born 1986) is a tenured University Lecturer of International Relations at the Institute for History, Leiden University in the Netherlands. He is the co-editor of American Hegemony and the Rise of Emerging Powers (Routledge, 2017) and the author of research articles in leading academic journals in International Relations. In 2015, he received a joint Ph.D. in Political Science and North American Studies from the Freie Universität Berlin. His current book project is titled Philanthropic Imperium: United States Foreign Aid, Diplomacy, and Human Rights in Southeast Asia.
