
Nelson Paderes Liwanag is an active Military Officer of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) with more than 20 years of military service. His expertise encompasses military education and training, operational research, and the planning and execution of combined and multinational exercises. He holds a Master of ASEAN Studies from the University of the Philippines Open University and a Master in Public Management (Security and Governance) from the Ateneo School of Government.
