Med Brazão de Oliveira is a Brazilian lawyer and Political Risk Analyst with the Atlas Institute for International Affairs (Titan Division). He holds a Bachelor of Laws, postgraduate diplomas in Constitutional Law and Political Science, and an MBA in International Relations. He is a member of Rotary International, and was previously a member of the OAB/RN Human Rights Commission, the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences, and Amnesty International.
