Matthew McIntosh is a political risk analyst for the Atlas Institute for International Affairs. He is also a member of the Canadian International Council’s Toronto Branch and a research contributor to the G7 and G20 Research Groups. While Matthew has worked in communications for Scotiabank in the past, he has a MSc in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh and a BA (Hons Spec.) in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. Matthew’s research interests pertain mainly to energy politics, political economy, and global affairs.
