Fazal is studying an international joint master in Security, Intelligence & Strategy at the University of Glasgow, Dublin City University and Charles University. Prior to joining IMSISS, he served as lecture and researcher in government institutions and international organisation in Pakistan such as the University of Peshawar and ICRC Pakistan respectively.
