Céline Rodrigues is a PhD candidate in International Relations at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal. Her research focuses on the North Atlantic and Arctic basins, with an emphasis on human security among Indigenous peoples, particularly the Inuit in Canada and the Sámi in Finland. Her thesis compares Arctic policies through a human security lens. She regularly participates in international conferences (Arctic Circle Assembly, High North Dialogue, EISA, TSA), publishes in outlets such as Cogitatio, Janus, and Expresso, and contributes to policy briefs (UNU-CRIS). Céline is a lecturer and active member of various Arctic-related institutions, including IPRI and CIDIUM.
